Appointment Policy

This applies to ALL appointments:

*Appointments are booked online with a deposit. 

 

*ALL deposits are NON REFUNDABLE unless canceled by me. (I will apply a deposit towards a future appointment if I am notified of a cancellation 48 hours prior to your appointment time)

 

*I do not pull money from your card used for a deposit.  

*All appointments are PRIVATE. I do not book multiple people at a time (Kansas City appointments do not apply)

*Please ALWAYS text message me with any questions, concerns, or unlisted information at 816-866-3657.

*If your hair is shorter than 2 inches please text me with pictures.

 

*I do not shampoo clients hair. You much come with clean hair ready to braid. (PLEASE BLOW DRY YOUR HAIR)

*I do not work over other stylists. If you have a frontal, closure, or wig that has been customized by ANYONE other than myself, I will not use it. I apologize in advance for the inconvenience. 

*I do not charge a late fee, however, after 15 minutes late you WILL need to reschedule. 

*If you do not show up/cancel your appointment 2 times you will be blocked form being able to schedule a third.

*I provide all thread, needles, nets, braiding hair, oil and grease for your appointment. 

*If you need to reschedule, there is a link in your conformation email to do so as long as your appointment is not within 48 hours. 

*PLEASE text me when booking your appointment if you will be coming with blonde hair so that I can have blond threaded needles ready to install.

***NEW***

I no longer install other companies extensions. I do give the option for you to add my bundles, wigs, closures, and/or frontals to your service. Once you click your desired service, the option to add will be available in a drop down. If a texture/color is not available in the drop down, you will need to visit the "SHOP" section of my website and order hair separately. If you want me to hold your hair ordered on my "SHOP" page until your install appointment, please text me and let me know. All hair added to your appointment when scheduling will be held and ready at the time and date of your appointment. (I do not keep last minute hair on hand)

*If you add hair to your install, you will receive an invoice for your hair balance which must be paid in full within 24 hours of you receiving it or your appointment will be canceled. Your deposit is deducted from the hair total price and your invoice is for the balance. The balance due at the time of the install will be for your install and any add ons for styling.

*I do not install previously installed Lace Frontals or Wigs.

This applies to all COLOR appointments:

*Please contact me via text to schedule a time/date to bring your extensions PRIOR to your appointment. I need at LEAST a week in advance. (816)866-3657

*If you have an install appointment with me, your color appointment must be booked and paid for separately. (Time and day do not matter as long as I have the hair at least a week prior to your install.

This applies to all LACE CLOSURE appointments:

*If you would like your knots bleached and the HAIRLINE tweezed (just one part is desired not the three part method)  please bring your closure in AT LEAST a week in advance. I tweeze the part during your appointment and that is standard with all closure appointments. 

*My standard lace closure installs are GLUELESS. You can have one part (Left right or in the middle) which can not be changed until you're ready for a new install. At the next install, I can take the same closure and part differently for you.

*If you would like a lace closure install with baby hair and versatility to change the part (left, right, middle, or no part) you may select the add on for the free/3 part lace closure. Adhesive is used.

*If you scratch lace closures excessively, they will bald. The knots that hold each hair to the lace unravel the more you scratch which will cause shedding and bald spots. PAT, do not scratch.

*At the 4th week of your install you can have your lace closure touched up. Glueless closures can not be touched up after the 4th week, they must be reinstalled completely.

*I do not install Silk Closures.

This applies to all KANSAS CITY appointments:

*Please contact me via text to double check the location of your install. I work from a hotel room when traveling. Just incase it changes please text to verify. (816)866-3657

This applies to all FRONTAL appointments:

*I only install frontals sold by me. 

*You have the option to have a glueless frontal or use adhesive. Glueless frontals may not uphold as long as adhesive will. Most select glueless because they are afraid of adhesive, and trust me, I will educate you on how to remove it properly, AND with my install technique they do not EVER damage your natural hair line. 

*Frontals are not made for those who workout or sweat excessive. While they ARE waterproof, they are not heat proof.

*You MUST tie your lace frontal down EVERY night with a scarf. A bonnett will not protect your lace frontal. You must tie your edges down with a scarf. Silk, satin, or cotton are fine, as long as they stay put on your hairline when you sleep. You can place a bonnett over the scarf, but never in place of a scarf. 

*If you scratch lace frontals excessively, they will bald. The knots that hold each hair to the lace unravel the more you scratch which will cause shedding and bald spots. PAT, do not scratch.

*I do not install Silk Base Frontals.

*After your initial install schedule your touch up 3 weeks later. If you are not in need at that time you can move the date further out. You would rather have an appointment booked and move it later versus needing an appointment and nothing is available. Only 2 touch ups per frontal install. 

 

* You must bring extra hair left over from your initial install.

This applies to all WIG appointments:

*You have the option under Lace Frontal Wig install to bring bundles and frontal in advance to have it made into a wig. If you select that add on, please bring the wig at least a week prior to the install date. (Text to schedule a time/date) I only install my extensions. 

*You have the option to have a glueless frontal or use adhesive. Glueless frontals may not uphold as long as adhesive will. Most select glueless because they are afraid of adhesive, and trust me, I will educate you on how to remove it properly, AND with my install technique they do not EVER damage your natural hair line. 

*All wigs that are not hand made come with adjustable straps. I use those to tighten the back. If you want to be able to wear your wig in a HIGH ponytail, you must have a FULL lace wig and select the "add on" when booking for me to remove the adjustable straps and customize the back.

*I add a stitch inside, across the middle of the wig, to avoid shifting of the wig.

*Handmade wigs have an elastic band attached to them.

This applies to all Natural Hair Leave Out appointments:

*I know it is difficult, but I need no oil, leave in conditioners, etc. in your hair at your install appointment. This is to avoid not being able to straighten/blend your leave out. Please come with hair clean and blow dried.

This applies to all Travel appointments:

Please visit the booking page and look under travel. I do travel to other locations if I am booked to come. If it is just yourself being serviced, there is a selection available.
